DELIGHTFUL BOUQUETS is an independent florist, we are not members of any other florist network organisation, all bouquets are sent directly from our company.

   All items are delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class. In Beautiful gift boxes, Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery. Post Deliveries cannot be tracked. We normally despatch flowers one to two days prior to the requested delivery date so they may arrive a day or two early.

The contract between us

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form] (or) Your payment of the price for the goods represents an offer on your part to purchase the goods, which will be accepted to us when we receive your order, Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Orders for perishable items such as flowers cannot be cancelled once an order has been placed.

Ownership of rights

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Delightful Bouquets. Any use  of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non commercial use, is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, distribute or repost anything on this website for any purpose.

Accuracy of content

We have taken care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Any weights, dimensions and capacities given about the goods are approximate only.

Damage to your computer

We try to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website. Except in the case of negligence on our part, we will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

 

OUR FREE DELIVERY SERVICE

We offer free delivery throughout the UK on the day of your choice Monday to Saturday only, deliveries do not take place on Sunday. All Flowers are delivered by first class Royal Mail, Flowers delivered by this service will not need to be signed for by the recipient. For next working day deliveries, orders must be placed before 5:00 pm. You must ensure the item was correctly addressed (including postcode) and ordered before our latest acceptance times. If the recipient is not at home/office we will leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour

Orders placed after 5:00pm or after 5:00pm Friday and over the weekend will not be sent out for delivery until the next working day, to arrive the following day.

Orders for Valentines Day, Mothers Day & Christmas will be delivered week leading up to the occasion, may be up to 3 days early.

Our experience shows that over 95% of deliveries arrive the next working day.

We cannot deliver on a Sunday or Bank Holiday.

We cannot accept responsibility if delivery was not made on time due to adverse weather conditions, incorrectly addressed items, or for any other reason beyond our control such as road closures, if delivery was attempted but no-one was available or a safe place to leave them, While you were out card was left. and where a third party is involved, such as Offices, Hospitals, Funeral Directors, and other Business Locations.

We cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient is no longer at that address.

All Flowers delivered complete with a personal message card and flower food.

We regret that you may not cancel an order for perishable products once your order has been placed, or amend the delivery address once the order has been dispatched.

 

We do not deliver same day.


Date selection is a guide, delviery will be within 1-2 working days of your chosen delivery date.

When we deliver your gifts we may add promotional advertising material with the delivery for the recipient, if you do not want this please email us, providing we receive your request not to include any promotional material before the order has been dispatched.

  1. All Delightful Bouquets products as depicted on this website are available for delivery anywhere in the UK and N.Ireland.

  2. All prices include delivery; We do not deliver same day or on Sundays and Bank holidays, for more information please see our FAQ and Delivery at the bottom of our home page.

  3. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 orders for flowers and perishable goods are not cancellable. If goods are not perishable you may cancel your order within 14 working days from the day after receipt of the goods, You must either e-mail us at CustomerServices@DelightfulBouquets.co.uk in order to cancel your order. We require goods to be returned to us and we are not liable for the cost of returning the goods. We will issue a refund within 14 days for any refunds due.

  4. Bouquets may be delivered by us in bud to ensure longer life.

  5. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. In the unlikely event of supply difficulties, Delightful Bouquets reserves the right to substitute any product with any other type of product of equal quality and value.

  6. In the event that we are unable to supply any Delightful Bouquets products or any substitute to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as possible and shall reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended date of delivery.

  7. In the event of dissatisfaction a replacement will be delivered if we are notified of your complaint within 1 day of delivery for perishable item/s. You can return any non perishable item/s for a refund, or you can exchange it within 14 days of receiving your original order (This excludes perishable item/s). Just note down the details of your order number. The item/s are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are packed up properly in their original packaging together in a new and unused condition. They will be inspected once we have received the item/s.

  8. Orders placed for next day delivery after 5:00pm will not be dispatched until the following working day. Orders taken after 5:00pm Friday and on over weekend will not be dispatched until Monday.

  9. To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and the company name if applicable. We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered due to incorrect address details. If we are delivering to a company, it is essential that the name of the company is added to the delivery address, without the name of the company we will not accept responsibility for non delivery.

     11. If you have a valid discount code, this must be used at the point of purchase, it cannot be applied once the order has been placed.

By clicking on the 'Check Out' button at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our 'terms and conditions' contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the Delightful Bouquets website. Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.

We exclude all liability for any claims, losses, demands and damages, including without limitation, any costs, loss of profits, loss of contracts or business opportunity, loss of data and any other consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, arising directly or indirectly out of or in any way connected with your use or inability to access the Delightful Bouquets Site and/or the Delightful Bouquets Service, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute or otherwise PROVIDED THAT nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions affects or will affect your or the recipient's statutory rights in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the products supplied. In the event of any claim or court claim, our only liability to you will be the cost of goods sold and no more, for example if your purchase is for £20.00 our liability will be no more than the amount paid to us.

  4. We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted access to the Delightful Bouquets Site and/or the Delightful Bouquets Service from time to time. We will post any changes on the Delightful Bouquets Site and it is your responsibility as a customer to review the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you access and use the Delightful Bouquets Service or Delightful Bouquets. Changes will be effective 24 hours after the posting of any such change and all subsequent dealings between you and us shall be on the new terms and conditions.

  5. Your purchase will be deemed to have occurred in the UK. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
